ProjectorCentral User Opinions Read User Opinions User Reviews Steve D - Jul 13, 2000 Application: Home Theater What I Like: This XGA 650 lumen projector was a pleasant surprise for home theater. The internal scaler is very good and the picture mostly free from artifacts. That said, there was an improvement when the resizing feature was used and images were run at their normal resolution. Colours were good although black level was too high. The fan was pretty low as well. All in all a good choice for HT if you can get it for a good price. I've seen low hour units go for under $2K. Suggestions: A 16:9 mode would be nice, as would component inputs. But I guess newer models will have this. Comments: None
