Love this projector!!! The image is fantastic, rich colors, dark blacks, sharp detail.
The fan blows out of the front of the unit which causes some extra light to be thrown on the screen, but I didn't find this to be a serious flaw. Since I installed this in a narrow room I needed to be able to get the projector as close to the wall as possible (I couldn't have done this with a unit that has the fan on the back).

The only flaw I found was that the configuration menu pops up in the center of the screen and can't be moved. I found this inhibiting when I was adjusting the image. |

- Bright even with significant ambient light.
- **Excellent** video scaling, even of composite source.
- Component source yields creamy, film-like image ... no visible pixels at any distance.
- Quiet fan, only audible in quietest of passages.

The various options for aspect ratio (both for your screen and your source) can be a bit confusing ... you just have to play around until you get it right. |

Light does spill from this projector, if you happen to find that objectionable. |
