Application: Home Theater
What I Like: The color, brightness, contrast and processing are everything I expected. When using the SD5700 (Toshiba) progressive scan DVD player, the image is outstanding. The lens shift feature is the best for hard-to-install surfaces that may be a challenge. The 13HD had every input I needed for home theater use, therefore there was no need to order the extra break out cables that the others need. Since I just received the unit I will have more to come. BTW, Big difference between the Sanyo 60 and the 13HD, don’t be fooled!
Suggestions: It would be beter if it was brighter for my application.
Comments: Call Studio Experience and ask for Adam McCourt @ ETX.267 or adam@studioexperience.com . GREAT service, answered and responded to all of my questions and is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to his products and home theater in general. This will have been my second time in 16 months that he has helped me with a projector purchase.

Application: Home Theatre
What I Like: I had this projector out of the box, and connected in about 10 minutes. I never read the manual, the remote control was easy to use, and the controls and selections were strait forward. I have been running everything but HDTV through it, and am very happy with the results. Everyone who sees the pictures wants to know what it is, as the picture is sharp and bright. The price from them directly is excellent at about 5,000 USD. The input panel can take just about anything out there, so I have not had to do any workarounds to get signals into the unit. Actually, half the time I use it projecting on a white wall, it is bright enough that the picture is still great. I have not found anything I did not like. I compared against the sony VLP before buyihng, and I really believe that this is the best deal right now. You can upgrade to a 5 year full warranty, so the investment is safe.
