Just a comment and a question:
In Europe, the RS10 and RS20 are also sold as HD350 and HD750. The HD350 is available with a white or a black casing, which addresses one of the issues raised in the review.
One thing I would like to understand better is the impact of the lack of a CMS feature: Does it matter in practice, and, if so, when?
