| I have an Epson Home Cinema 550 and needed a bulb. The price from Epson Canada was $450 plus tax. From ProjectorLampExperts.ca it was $359 plus tax with free shipping. I ordered the lamp and it arrived 2 days later. The lamp was genuine and works perfectly. When I need another lamp I will for sure check these guys out again. | |||

| Best customer service around! I had ordered a new lamp ( Optima EP738) with another company several weeks ago. The order was supposed to be delivered in two days. It kept getting delayed, so much so that I was not going to get the lamp until Dec.17th. I needed it for Dec. 7th! Tuesday Dec. 4th I placed the order with ProjectorLampExperts explaining my dillema. My lamp arrived the next morning before 9am. I then had two days to fine tune my presentation without having to worry about technical issues. The highest dealer rating on this site is a 5 but I give them a 10 for their excellent service. | |||

| Quick delivery to GVA and best price I found for the Hitachi DT00401. Tried another web store out of Alberta which was cheaper but I was sent only a bulb with no plastic casing. I don't have an electronics background so just wanted a lamp i could plug in as per the manufacturer's instructions. Had to send it back and order from projectorlampexperts.com instead but no real problem because I got the lamp (with plastic casing this time!) next day. Thanks!! | |||

| I purchased 2 bulbs from ProjectorLampExperts, one for a Hitachi CPX-445W (i heard there was a shortage of this bulb but these guys had it in stock), and an APO bulb for my older Hitachi CP-X327. This was much less expensive and does just the same as a Hitachi. I got both bulbs in 2 days. I think this company is new but I would buy bulbs from here again (hopefully not too soon tho!) | |||
