Projectors Hawaii has very good customer service and extremely quick shipping to Indiana. My Casio XJ-S41 arrived in perfect condition. During the purchase process, I received several emails from Mark where he provided the shipping information and made sure the projector was working well after delivery. It was a much more personal experience than normal online ordering and I expect all customers will receive first rate service in case of any issues. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased the Casio XJ-S46 and have been very pleased with this projector. Projectors Hawaii's service was excellent. Our order was promptly shipped from their Illinois warehouse and we received it in just a few days.

I researched the Casio XJS35 projector and found Projectors Hawaii to have the lowest price and most importantly great service. I ordered around 6am EST on line - then called their office in Hawaii as soon as it opened to check on the order and Mark already was aware of the order and informed me that it would be shippipng from their Chicago distribution center and it would arrive at my home office in Michigan the next day - with frss UPS ground shipping - wow, a great experience.

Projectors Hawaii was able to meet our projector needs, at a very good price. The projector we selected arrived within 48 hours, several days before we needed it. Mark did an excellent job of follow-up to make sure we were happy.

Mark was the dealer that worked with me. I was ordering 2 casio xj-560 projectors for another department. Mark walked me through any questions I had as I was not familiar with the product. I was just placing the order. Mark also followed up our phone call with an e-mail regarding the promotion. The department I was ordering the projectors for were very grateful to also be able to get in on the wonderful camera promotion

To sum up my experience, FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a Casio XJ-360 projector from Projectors Hawaii. When I originally ordered, we thought the order would ship in time to receive it in time for a meeting with our customer. However, there were no guarantees.

Projectors Hawaii informed me that there was a delay shipping the projector and let me know when it would ship. I informed them that we would receive it too late for our presentation. Mark, who is with Projectors Hawaii, promply started working on the problem and had it shipped next day air at no extra charge to me!

They have also been very helpful in all aspects of our purchase. Great people. I would highly recommend them for any of your projector needs.

I was interested in the Casio XJ - 350 projector, Mark had the best price, and answered questions about wireless projectors. I ordered the Casio on Wednesday afternoon and had it on Friday afternoon. I'd recommend giving him a call and doing business with him!

Mark is a fantastic service oriented person and represents Projectors Hawaii very well. I ordered an XJ 350 from Mark and he had it to me within two days here on the mainland in time for a presentation that I was giving in S. America. No other agent of Casio including several on the mainland could come through for me as he did. The projector is fantastic and gives me brightness aloong with portability.
