He often takes a few days to get back to you because he is probably so busy dealing with clients and referrals - the wait is definitely worth it! I just bought the Sanyo PLV-Z700 from Quebec Acoustic. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. The good part is that you save 8% PST if you purchase from Ontario, to me the saving was far enough to buy a 20' HDMI cable. I definitely recommend this store to any friends who want to buy a projector. The only thing that was missed in the shipment was the Mail-in Rebate form, which was not a big deal since I could downlowd the form online anyway. |

Richard is helpful, he listens when u speak and he answers the questions you ask him, not the ones he might prefer to answer. Richard replied to my phone calls - every last one of them - and he also replied to my e-mails. He delivered exactly what he said he would deliver, and he delivered it exactly at the time he said he would do that. The Epson Powerlite 6550 UB projector he sold me was defective and the manufacturer, Epson, has proved to be almost totally irresponsible. Epson allow their retail store franchisees absolutely no say in anything, so the defective product and Epsons' refusal to live up to their guarantee is hardly the problem of the store. |
