I received my machine quicker than I anticipated based on prior experiences from other companies. The machine is awesome and I would 100% purchase my next upgrade from them. | |||

Just to start out, I am new to the projector world. I always research my audio/video purchases to try and get the best bang for the $. Through this process, I narrowed down myself to buying a Panasonic PT-AX200U Projector. The only problem is that you can't just go to a local store and pick one of these up. So again I turned to the various A/V forums out there looking for the best place to order the AX200U. In the end, I heard good things about a few different sites. Visual Apex seemed to have the best reputation for customer service at very competitive prices. Since this was such a large purchase, I was a little worried about ordering from a site I was unfamiliar with, but I also trusted the forums that I was looking in. In the end, I decided to order one of Visual Apex's Home Theater Packages. It included an AX-200U, Ceiling mount, 92"-135" Vapex Fixed Frame Screen, 25ft. HDMI 1.3 cable, Dust cover and A/v Calibration Disc. All for the price of a 50" Plasma or LCD TV. I put my order in late in the day and was told that I would receive an invoice from Paypal to complete the order. Since I did not read the email completely, I did not realize that this invoice would not come until the next day if I ordered too late in the day. So I called customer service the next morning and was pleasantly surprised to almost immediately get a live and friendly operator who was able to answer my questions almost immediately. I paid the invoice and they shipped later that day and provided me with the necessary tracking numbers. The package arrived FedEx on the day FedEx said it would. Everything was packages very well and arrived without any damage or problems. I chose a 106" Vapex Fixed Frame Screen. The frame arrived in 6 pieces along with the hardware and screen rolled in PVC pipe. It had pretty good instructions included with it, but there was also a step by step video on the Visual Apex Website for further clarification. All in all, I was able to get the screen assembled and hung in about 30min. (Most of the time was spent making sure I hung the thing level!) It is a great screen. It has 3.5" black velvet borders that reflect almost no light. I have to really look to see where the picture spills over a little. Overall, I am more than happy with my choice to go with Visual Apex. I would rate them a 5+++ in any category you could come up with. Pricing is great, products are great and Customer Service is some of the best I have seen (Especially the fact that they are online)! I would highly recommend Visual Apex to anyone looking to purchase home theater equipment or accessories. Or if you just have some questions about equipment. |

I purchased a new Panasonic PT-AE4000 projector from Visual Apex and had a perfect experience. I bought a package deal including a 135inch diagonal screen. I noticed the price was reduced after I made my purchase and ( after talking to a very nice sales representative on the phone) Visual Apex adjusted the price with no problems. This new projector was back ordered, but they kept me informed and did not charge my credit card until the total package was shipped. After having made many internet purchases over the years, I've found customer service on the phone to be very important. Visual Apex is outstanding in this regard. On another note, I'm very happy with the projection screen. It assembles very easily and has a very nice quality. This projector combined with their VAPEX screen and a Blu-Ray movie produces an almost 3-D like image. This was my second purchase with Visual Apex and, once again, I am a very satisfied customer. |

| I purchased an Optoma HD20 digital projector for my home theater to replace a 19 year old Sony that died. My son researched the field of digital projectors and recommended the Optoma to me as an excellent product at a very, very good price through Visual Apex. I placed my order for the projector over the internet with no problems. It was very easy to accomplish. The order was processed promptly and the projector must have been shipped immediately. A few weeks ago I made the decision to purchase the Sanyo PLV-Z60 home projector from Visual Apex. I had tight budget, so my objective was to find the absolute cheapest price. I considered other places to buy from places like Brooklyn, but these places were not considered to be authorized resellers of the Sanyo products. As a friend of a home theater buff, I've learned that Sanyo is a leader in home projectors, for all budgets. In other words, even if you find a $50 Sanyo TV at Wal-Mart, doesn't mean that Sanyo is at the bottom. Far from it. In saying that, I found it very important to buy from an authorized Sanyo reseller. After purchasing this projector from Visual Apex, I got way more than expected. I received personal emails thanking me for my purchase, making sure I understood how it worked and of course if it worked the way I wanted. I was blown away to say the least! I received a very warm, follow up call from Alice thanking me over the phone. Boy, that's great customer service, and all for a fantastic price. Will I buy from them again? Absolutely. No question. |

| After struggling to get Amazon to ship me a projector they said they had in stock and never reaching anyone on the phone I cancelled the order and tried Visual Apex. My Panny was shipped same day and I received it the next day. I had occasion to speak to a live body during the purchase and was very pleased by the service. After doing online research and determining which projector I wanted to purchase, I then began to research online sellers. I considered several factors: company reputation, customer service and repair, integrity, adherence to promised shipping dates, and price. I made the decision to purchase from Visual Apex. I called on a Friday morning to place my order for the Optoma EP761. I needed the projector in my possession no later than the following Friday, as I had a large number of people coming to my house for "Outdoor Movie Night!" Brian took my order, and I asked if he could personally see that my order got through to the shipping department right away, as I did not want to pay extra for rushed shipping charges. I received my projector the following Tuesday! And…..Visual Apex followed up on the order, making sure that I had received it and that I was happy with everything. WOWw, I purchased a Sanyo PLv4 projector in Oct 06 and encountered my first issue with the unit (3 yrs later); I have 1750 hrs on the 1st bulb and it's still going strong. David called me regarding the issue and was able to get me back to watching football on a (very) large screen in a short amount of time. Simply outstanding value and service....When I upgrade my projector I certainly will be calling Visual Apex again! Can't go wrong, thanks!! |

Epson 6500UB. I am highly pleased with my transaction for the subject projector with Visual Apex. Their customer service department, in particular, went out of their way to help me download Adobe software so I could read and access Epson's $400 rebate offered with this projector. I would highly recommend Visual Apex to anyone considering purchasing home theatre equipment. |
