| I ordered a Rushmore with False Ceiling Adapter kit. It took a few days to ship so I gave them a call and a very friendly person answered the phone and called back to the shop to find out about the delay. She said that there was a backorder with the ceiling mount kit and that they expected to ship it today or tomorrow. I haven't even gotten the mount yet but the customer service was great. | |||

We were in the planing stages of updating several confrence rooms when We purchased an Infinity Universal Projector Ceiling Mount and a false ceiling adapter kit to test out the idea of mounting a projector from the ceiling. The false ceiling adapter kit was easy to install and installing it made the suspended ceiling more rigid. The universal ceiling mount assembeled easily and truly is universal. It adjusted to fit three different popular brands of projector. This combination works so well we have decided to double the number of confrence rooms to be updated from four to eight. All of our comunications with this company have been exceptional from start to finish. We'll be placing more orders as we upgrade one room at a time. |

| I was skepical, it sounded almost too good to be true (all the five star reviews didn't help credibility any either). Well, the Infinity mount is nothing fancy, but it does get the job done. The advertised drywall mounting hardware was not included (perhaps an oversight in the packing dept.), but I found a stud and feel more comfortable with that mounting any way. For a mount that usually retails for $130, the instructions could be more comprehensive. They don't tell you in the assembly instructions that you need a #3 square recess bit to tighten the arms. Also, the instructions don't mention that tightening the set screw (which requires a hex head wrench) in the "swivel" locks in the yaw attitude (left to right rotation) for the mount. However, overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this mount to my friends as really a good buy. By the way, in my interactions with customer service, they were very helpful. | |||

I am a professional installer of home theaters and for the last 2 years, we have been using he 2000 series Perfectmount in our installations. Every transaction with Perfectmounts has been quick, easy and a pleasure. We never have to worry about stock, or shipping delays. They can even make a custom mount within a few days (try that with any other manufacturer!). We will continue to use them and so should you! Boyd Fallence, PA ps. I noticed that someone else had a complaint about their return process. We have returned 3 mounts (because customers switched their projector at the last minute) and have had no problems doing so. Their instructions are pretty clear. I just thought I'd mention that. |

The Perfectmounts 2000 series mount has to be the best deal on the internet. Not only is the mount well made, light and very strong, it is easy to install. When you do have a question, there is a live person ready to help you out. To top it all off, they are NICE people, unlike many other companies I have dealt with. Buyer beware: If you need to return the mount (PTAE700) it will cost you at least $29.00 in shipping charges. (Returns to Canada) They were not very specific about how to return it and rejected my first attempt ($16.25 wasted in postage) - they failed to mention in their RMA email to send it back with NO insurance and ZERO value (They don't want to pay any custom taxes) So, you have to pray your package will get there, undamaged, and they credit you the purchase price less original shipping charges (a wopping $17.60) They didn't even agree to split the shipping charges because of their error.... So, live and learn, this cost me $45.65 to mail back.... Kevin |

| I must say I am VERY happy with not only their product, but also with their high level of customer service and fast shipping. I ordered the 2000 series mount for my Infocus 4805, and couldn't be happier. It arrived at my home in only 1.5 days! The quality is excellent and the design is simple but effective. It is light, very strong and fully adjustable. The price is very reasonable, and if you have any questions, you can call and speak to a live friendly person. My wife bought a 2000 series mount for my Optoma H77 projector from Perfectmounts. At first I was a little unsure as to whether or not she got the right one. I must now admit that she did a great job in purchasing from Perfectmounts. Not only did she pay much less than I might have paid, but the mount arrived in 4 days - with 2 days to spare before my birthday.
