We purchased a set of four high-quality Sanyo XP200 projectors with additional wide-angle lenses from Complete IT. Sales was very helpful both in identifying the product we needed and in putting together a package that we could afford. And all of this happened within a very tight timeline. I have never had a worse experience than dealing with Kevin Benton at CompleteIT. He was arrogant and rude, and made the simplest transaction complicated. I'm sorry I gave them my money; I'll never shop there again.

I purchased a Mitsubishi HC 3800 projector with ceiling mount and 25' HDMI cable. I sent an e-mail query late at night through the company's website and received a response from Kevin at Complete-IT the next morning. I then picked up the phone and called them to ask a few other questions which were readily answered by the extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff at Complete-IT. They were also able to price match another online vendor's offer which was much appreciated. I was confident enough after the phone call to place an order for the projector package. The projector was promptly shipped and I received regular status updates on expected delivery date.
This was my first online purchase of something like this - high cost, fragile etc . . . (I had purchased a replacement bulb for my old projector but that was my sum total of online purchasing) and I couldn't have been happier.
I will definitely use Complete-IT again and have recommended it to a few of my friends who are also looking to upgrade their home theatres.

I bought an Optoma HD20 from complete-it.ca. Their service was friendly and professional. The projector was back ordered, but I was kept in the loop and once they received it, I got it the next day.
The only reason I do not give them a 5/5 is that their web site has a time lag.
The projector was showing in stock, but it was BO.
Today I purchased a replacement lamp for the HD20 from them. The web site showed in stock, but again upon calling them it is BO.
I would definitely do business with them again, and I have !

I purchased a Sanyo PLV-Z700 and an Omnimount ceiling mount from Complete-IT, and found Kevin to be very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. The pricing was very competitive also. I wound up delighted with the purchase and the experience, and recommend Complete-IT without reservation. (Interestingly, the other dealer I was talking to before I made the purchase subsequently wrote back to say, "FYI, Kevin at C-IT is a good guy." High praise, coming from a competitor!)

Ordered a Da-Lite Highpower Model B 106' from Complete It and the service was superb. Kevin reply to his email from almost everywere. The store take online banks payment directly. This is the first time i see a online store take that sort of payment. It took 7 open day from the ordering to the shipping of the screen at my place wish is very fast because it came directly from Da-Lite USA. In all, don't hesitate to visit this store. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Sanyo PLV-Z3000 projector through Complete IT a few months ago. Since I lived so close, Kevin arranged pickup instead of shipping. I really appreciated his giving me the option of purchasing a fully warrantied, new Z3000 with slight box damage at a discount. Although I ultimately decided on the perfectly-boxed unit, I never felt rushed in my decision process.
