Purchased a video screen and paid for 2 day air as I needed asap. They took 2 weeks to ship. What a rip off ! When I called to complain they said the was the norm ( 2 weeks) to ship. Shipping cost $80 . will not refund shipping. |

I got a video screen from mountsandmore.com that I was not happy with so I returned it and got another model from them that I am happy with. They have had the return for over 2 weeks and still no refund to my Pal pal acc. Now I could see them taking their time if I bought the 2nd screen from someone else. But I bought it from them ! So you would think they would do me the common courtesy of refunding my money all of it because I STILL BOUGHT FROM THEM THEY still made money on the sale. Nothing but lies from customer service. "Yes IT should be in the Paypal with in 4 days". NOTHING FROM THEM They even want to keep the shipping charge the I payed for both ways !! Never again. They lost a customer for life !!! |

| To sum it up in a few words. Outstanding Customer Service and the real deal in products. Please take my advice and don't settle for cheap, knockoff imitation projector mounts. I bought one of those very drawing 29.99 proprietary mounts for my Toshiba TDP-FF1AU and lets just say a failed bolt and a new projector later I will never settle for anything less than name brand. I bought for my new projector a Chief universal RPA from MountsandMore.com. This mount is quality oriented. It arrived fast and was no hassle. Highly recommend this friendly and reputable site. | |||

| Be aware that if you order from California that the product will be shipped to Massachusetts and then routed to you... they send an email to confirm shipment with a tracking number. I checked my tracking number and it showed my order was delivered 6 days after ordering, to Massachesetts. Talked to customer service and they said that was the way the system works for California orders. Thank god I didn't pay extra for next day delivery... | |||

Bought some cables. A screen and a projector mount. Initially I was confused with a few things and called them up. Phone was answered almost immediately, as if they expected my call. I can't stress enough how knowledgable and patient they were with me. After order was placed, items arrived extremely promptly. Initially I had my doubts because when I placed my order, this site only had 2 reviews for it and there were few other vendors with many more reviews. But I can't imagine any other vendor improving on the service I got here. Overall I can't be more satisfied. Thanks |
