These guys really got me out a of a jam. I had a presentation in the middle of nowhere in Texas. I called them at 7:00 PM the night before and I had a projector and an Elmo at my hotel at 8:00 AM the next morning. When I had trouble hooking it up, I called them and they walked me through it--and I didn't feel like they were talking down to me like the IT guys in the office. These guys really have an invaluebale service--well worth a call.
