I was totally mislead by the "warantee return" policy. Return is just about impossible. You buy it you eat it.

I reported them to the Attorney General of Illinois. They state that they charge sales tax for every state. They were charging me almost double what my state tax is. When I called noone could explain this. We pay enough in taxes, without some scam artists gouging us.

I find it amazing that so many people gave this company such terrible ratings. Something sounds fishy.

I ordered an ac/charger adapter for a sony dvd player & they sent a confirmation of mailing & I received it inside of 7 days. And it worked! I do think I was over-charged to a certain extent, but it did work.

After I ordered the part, I checked out partstore on google & the results was "rig-off, scam, terrible." I was really feeling paranoid, but when the part came I couln't imagine where you guys were coming form.

I gave them a 4* rating only because I thought the price I paid was too high, but the main thing is it worked!

I see a few people have had this same experience. Beware if you order from this company. I ordered a part (Oven Element) on Monday, on Tuesday I checked the status and it was on "backorder". I then called immediatley to cancel the order. The next day I got an email saying the part had shipped. So I called and was told that it takes 24-48 hours to cancel. I was told to return the part but I would have to pay the shipping to me and back to the warehouse. This would have cost as much as the part was worth. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

First comment: I was disappointed the package shipped from California.
Before I ordered I called the New York phone number to verify you had stock.
Living in New Jersey I try to purchase from local sellers so the package arrives the
next day. After explaining to my customer there would be a delay I proceeded to his
office when the package arrived to install the replacement "dual fan".

I was unpleasantly surprised to see you shipped not a dual fan but a single fan. I found this
out when I removed the dead fan from my customer's server. I had to disassemble both the
dead fan (one of the two were dead) and the new unit to make a workable replacement
dual fan. My customer is an hour from my office so simply apologizing about having the
wrong part and scheduling another trip would have cost me more than the fan itself.
Your package said it was a 101931-001 but inside was a 101933-001

I guess alot of people are having the same problem. I ordered a part last sunday, it wasn't available but you don't find that out for a couple of days. I called on Tuesday they said it was backordered and to check back friday. I call friday they say they don't have an update from the warehouse so call monday. I call monday and they don't know what's going on. They can't contact the warehouse and Customer Service doesn't seem to care. Crappy service all around.

I will never do business with this company again. After one week they can not tell me when my order will ship because it comes from a warehouse that they don't control. The customer service is very poor and seems like they don't give a rip.

I do not recommend them to anyone unless you do not need what you order

I thought i found a very good site which looked good, But found that it's parts database lacking to the point of missleading customers ! once a consumer tries to find a part and the database doesn't have it listed leaves a message to call the toll free no. At this point is when it becomes misleading(IMO) one you call and talk to a rep they will not give you the part no. without giving an order inwhich even after giving them an order would not give me the part no. by which now they charge you the shipping . which if you ordered the part online the shipping was free. called back and talked to a manager and they would do nothing to the shipping charge , So I told them to cancel the order and they said they would try <(try !) what type of buissiness is this .. Well I know it is one I will never shop at or offer to anyone wanting a part. BEWARE OF SCAM SITES

I have a Samsung 61 DLP. I needed a replacement lamp. I was having a hard time finding this at other online stores. The Part # is BP96-00224E (by Philips).

It was clearly explained on the website that Samsung changed suppliers during manufacturing and the new lamp is BP96-00224J. This was so GREAT that you had this information.

I will be back for futre purchases.

I place an order which was supposed to arrive after X days. I kept waiting and waiting till finally i cancelled the order because the X days were after the part left the warehouse. The elapsed time from the moment I place the orther till it reached the warehouse was unknown!

I picked up a lamp for my Sammy 65" dlp tv to make sure I had an extra for the superbowl. The price was right, shipping was free, and I got it in a couple of days.
