As a bargain hunter (read cheapskate), I found Goo to be an AMAZING product! (to save even more money, don’t by the kits, just by the calculated paint and supply your own rollers and tray) Ontario Acoustics Goo prices were the best I could find in Canada and included free shipping. My delivery of Goo base and topcoat arrived two days after my online order. Nice! Hold on, the wrong topcoat was sent! A quick email and a new topcoat was sent no questions asked and arrived the next day, with instruction on how to send back the wrong topcoat, at my convenience. The way I look at it, anyone can screw-up, its how you handle fixing the screw-up the sets you apart from the rest. In my experience Ontario Acoustic passed this test with flying colors. After visting their showroom with my family it was easy to decide who to buy from. After researching projectors and screens for about a year we purchased a Sanyo Z3 projector, Optoma GrayWolf 106" screen and Mustang mount from Ontario Acoustics. We are EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with the Da-Lite projector screen that we purchased from Ontario Acoustics. We did extensive research into the type of large screen that would fit into our budget and had scoured both the Internet and brick & mortar stores in our home city. The quotes we had received from other stores varied enormously (for the same product there were differences of hundreds of dollars), however, Jeff's prices are extremely competitive. Not only that, as other happy customers have commented, their customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is A+++. Jeff and Andrea have so much patience (we had a lot of questions), and via telephone and several e-mails, they were extremely quick to respond to us in a clear and informative way (unlike some other online stores where we would typically wait 2-3 days for a response to any question). The payment transaction went smoothly and when the screen arrived it was in pristine condition and exactly as described (it is a 60" x 80" DaLite model C with CSR in HCMatteWhite colour, we also had a custom 8" black drop put on). The shipper they used is very good. We will definitely be repeat customers and would highly recommend Ontario Acoustics to anyone in the market for home or commercial use theatre products! |
