received my new projector on New Year's eve and contacted Eastporters to see if I could get a projector that day/night. They obliged and I had a screen that day (picked up myself and saved some extra $$$ doing so). In fact, they even delayed their New Year's evening out in anticipation of my pick-up (and for that they made us very happy). Very nice people with very good email response. Not perfect but perfectly fine screen for the money (106" manual for <$200). I would recommend eastporters in a heartbeat. |

Do not buy from this merchant. I bought a 92" Electric screen from them First they told me I had to pay a $25 P/U fee. Screen remote had Dead Battery. (special type like garage remotes use) and wall switch assembly was mounted upside down on cord. Was promised $25 for completeing Re-seller rating but never received it. When I wrote to them they said I could have 25$ cash or credit but when I asked for money instead of credit they never replied. Screen is of very poor quality / no matt borders etc. Pay more and get something better. |

| They were very friendly on the phone and gave really fast service. Our bulb had blown on the weekend and we had put the order in late afternoon Saturday.
