Product ordered and was delivered DEFECTIVE! The company states that we MUST pay for return shipping and they will only refund our purchase price.
We ordered a product from this manufacturer and the product was delivered as a defective product. The company told us that they would "not charge us a restocking fee" as a courtesy to us but that we MUST pay for the return shipping back to them. Either that or we must talk to the manufacturer of the product and have them repair the defective product! We ordered a brand new product without defects from this company and they delivered a defective product and expect US to pay to ship the product BACK to them when THEY are the ones that shipped US the defective product in the first place!

This is NOT a good practice for ANY company and I have NEVER had this problem with ANY company before. Every other company out there ships good products out and IF a defective product is shipped out they appologize and send out a return shipping label and ship out a working product. This company DOES NOT!!!

They were reasonably priced. they fulfilled my order the next day and it was in my hands the day after that. their website isnt poorly designed either.. overall a nice experience

I ordered a bulb for a BenQ PB6210 part# 59.J9901.CG1 from pcRush what I got was part# 42.J8602.001 in a box that claimed it was 60.J8618.CG1 (PB6200).

So the box label was close and the bulb was totally useless.

So now I have to waste my time returning it.

And I lost money shipping it back and overnighting a bulb from someone else (because PCRush refused to send me the new bulb without more "investigations" - a week to late for my important meeting)

AVOID THEM: they won't help you if anything goes wrong with your order.

Beware of their EXTREME shipping charges. I was processing an online order for a Mitsubishi XD221U Projector (with FREE shipping), a DaLite 84" Model B with CSR screen, a Premier Universal Mount, and a pair of T-Bars clips. Get this, the shipping was going to be $225.75 for GROUND. I called and complained and the sales rep said, well to ship a screen is heavy and expensive. I beg your pardon, but I use to be a DaLite dealer and this screen ships for about $12-$15. The screen weighs around 20 pounds. I said no thanks, and went to ProjectorPeople.com. Got the items at almost the same prices and the shipping was ONLY $25.00 for everything. Overall savings was more than $200. I hate it when vendors charge excessive shipping charges. Don’t be fooled by lowest internet prices…

Bought a few lamps for my infocus projector. Price was good and my lamps arrived 3 days later. PCRUSH also has a very nice sales team. I would reccomend.

Blub died on my Sharp XR30S. Local stores either special order (read long delay) or crazy expensive. In stock at PCRUSH at good price evn with 2 day shipping. Easy, fast, cheap. What more could you ask for?
