The DLA-HD750 front projector has been greatly praised by reviewers in A/V magazines and on Websites, but I was having a difficult time finding one for sale, when I talked to Oscar at AV In Demand. He said that they had the professional version, the DLA-RS20, in stock and that it was identical to the DLA-HD750, except that it had sealed optics, the better to resist smoky atmospheres in bars and clubs. The price quoted was more than fair, so I bought one and am about to install it in my new home theater. I now see why they are hard to find: new models are now appearing on the market, although they are priced $500-2500 higher (list). I'm pleased that I was able to buy this excellent machine at a substantial discount.

Although shipped a day later than promised, AVinDemand otherwise delivered exactly what they promised: a double-boxed, factory sealed projector that worked beautifully out of the box. I appreciated the personal calls and time spent with me during the transaction.

I was searching online for a while for a good projector for my home theater. Finally, after reading all the reviews on ProjectorCentral I decided to go with JVC DLA-RS20. I called AVinDEMAND to verify that actually have the product in stock and that it's new and not refurbished. They confirmed everything and when we started to talk a little more, we realized that the fabric i picked for my dedicated home theater room is not actually as good for the application. I had to go with the white fabric (Stewart Screen, Studiotek 130 fabric). These guys offered me a price that was about 10 % better than the lowest I could find before. I also purchased a Peerless Mount with telescopic extention from them. Bottom line -- these guys are Very Very knowledgeable about the stuff they sell, so they really know what they are talking about, unlike many others that are just trying to sell you more. I received the projector, mount and what is the most surprising - the screen - all on the same week! Screens usually take longer, as they are made to order, but these guys have some kind of deal worked out, so their orders ship next day. Deal with confidence - they will not let you down

No joke...I called in to them because of my need for a mount and not only do they have the best projector prices as I soon found out, but he helped me buy my whole theater. Totally would suggest anyone trust this company. My shipping experience was even better. Everything but the screen arrived on their individual schedules ONE DAY EARLY, but the screen was going to be 2 days late so they called me to tell me and I was grateful, but ultimately it even arrived only one day late. So they were the best on pricing for each component of my home theater, they were amazing on shipping, they were above and beyond on communication. I will buy all my future electronics through these guys.

Top notch service from AVinDemand and especially Oscar who helped me sort through model differences on a plasma TV, AV receiver and a Blu-Ray player. He went so far as to even call me on a Sunday to let me know a price was increasing the next day. Excellent!
