ZENITH INTRODUCES TWO NEW LCD PROJECTORS

ANAHEIM, Calif., June 15, 2000 -- Zenith Electronics Corporation, drawing on the display technology of its parent company, LG Electronics Inc., has introduced two new liquid crystal display (LCD) projectors ideal for educational and business applications.

"The LXG-120 is designed to maximize your presentation and minimize your load," said Todd S. Moffett, Director of Education Sales for Zenith's Commercial Products Division. Small in size and lightweight (7.5 lbs.), this compact digital projector delivers brilliant colors with up to 1200 ANSI lumens of light output. With true XGA (1024 x 768) resolution - and up to UXGA compressed resolution - presenters can be sure of excellent image quality no matter what the source, Moffett said. Features of the LXG-120 include: an easily accessible soft touch switch control panel; operation indicator; digital zoom focus lens; and a full-function wireless remote control with laser beam pointer.

For the ultimate in brightness and image quality, step up to the LXG-200, Moffett said. With 2000 ANSI lumens of brightness, this LCD projector delivers clean, distinct images in any lighting condition, with a contrast ratio of 250:1. And with an acoustic operating noise of less than 36 dB, this projector will help both presenter and audience concentrate on the presentation instead of the source, he said.

Both the LXG-120 and LXG-200 offer a connector panel that enables direct input connection of multiple sources via two PC, one S-Video, and video inputs for NTSC, NTSC4.43, PAL, PAL-M, PAL-N or SECAM formats, performing automatic frequency adjustment in response to the signal received. Included with both projectors: remote with batteries, power cord, PC cable, A/V cable, S-input cable, PC audio cable, PS/2 mouse cable, Mac mouse cable and Mac desktop adapter.
