Plainview, NY (July 16, 1999) -- ELMO has announced the introduction of the EDP-6100 multimedia LCD projector.  The ultra-bright EDP-6100 is the newest member of ELMO's growing family of multimedia projectors.

The EDP-6100 offers true XGA, along with SVGA and compressed SXGA/UXGA resolution, at 1700 lumens. It is compatible with NTSC, PAL, and SECAM systems and incorporates the latest UHP 150W lamp.  Additional features of the EDP-6100 include power zoom and focus, electronic magnification with image scroll, a memory chip that enables 4, 9, or 16 strobe-type images, and a wireless remote control with laser pointer.

A unique feature of the EDP-6100 is ELMO's revolutionary DC² ™, a built-in document camera direct connection for ELMO's DT-70 DeskTop Presenter.  This enhanced capability permits simple storage and connectivity of the DT-70 document camera with the EDP-6100 LCD projector and makes the EDP-6100 an extremely versatile visual presentation tool.
