Personal Experience
I've owned this for a year now and other than its overheating issue, it's been a pretty good budget home theater projector. Image is good for the price. Features suffice for my needs. Construction is good. Ease of use is great (my very young children know how to operate it). Reliability has been not-so-great. YMMV. Overall I think it's a good value for the amount paid.

Problems
Overheating. It has been back to Acer twice in a year (the first time being only a month after I purchased it) for overheating issues. The projector is ceiling mounted with plenty of space and airflow, yet it still overheated. The mainboard was replaced each time. Warranty covered this and the work is warrantied for an additional 90 days.
