| I set the projector up 2 years ago and have never moved it since. I have it displayed on a framed painted wall. The projector sits about 15' from the wall and I have the display size set to 120" diagonal. It is in a dark room. The picture quality is very good. I run the bulb on low with the fan on low. I have never changed those settings. The projector is used in a theater room and not very often. We had a house full for Super Bowl Sunday and yes the bulb blew after 10 minutes. No joke the bulb blew on Super Bowl Sunday at the start of the game. I have never cleaned the filter and I'm thinking that must be the problem based on the feedback on this forum. I have been very happy with this projector. I will replace the bulb and clean the filter more regularly. Can't blame anyone but myself for this problem. Great projector for the $ |

| The bulb blew after 390 hours of use. The 390 hours spanned over 2 years. The projector was never moved after it was set up in a theater room. The filter wasn't cleaned during those 390. After reading these reviews I'm sure the filter and lack of airflow was a huge contributor. |
