Setup of the projector was a breeze: I have it mounted from the ceiling 14' from a 92" DaLite Cinema Contour screen. The physical shifting of the lens with the knob on the front is an ideal alternative to keystone adjustment, since you can just pull the lens down to project lower. The 2x zoom lens is very nice too, making the projector very versatile, although there is a very slight change in focal point between the center and the edges (so if middle is in focus, edges will be just out of focus). Note, though, that you will only notice this on test patterns and not the regular image (again, very slight distortion). Image looks great out of the box, although I bumped up white levels +5 and dropped black levels -9 (for completely dark room, according to Avia test patterns).

Problems
If you purchased the projector before January of this year, then you have the old firmware and Iris lubricant. This translates into a somewhat depressed voltage output going to the arc-lamp. However, when this is increased it increases the temperature of the unit, causing the lubricant on the dynamic iris to become gummy (not slippery). If you send it to Panasonic service center (Leawood KS - on your dollar) they will fix both of these issues and send it back via two day air. It's a hassle, and maybe it's not worth fixing, but I figured it's under warranty and I might as well have everything that Panasonic is giving away (ha, giving away at $2 large).
