Personal Experience
I have upgraded from a Sanyo PLV-Z2 projector and this for sure has much better blacks. Also this projector is very bright compared to the Sanyo. I do get a small amount of rainbow problem but I am one of those people that gets it from every DLP that I have ever looked at.

I like the projector and I got it for $800 after rebate and it also came with a free 92" screen after another rebate. So for the price it is well worth it.

My long term goal is to get the Sony VPL-VW100 but till I save up for that I wanted to get something with better blacks and move up to HDMI also to go with my Blu-Ray and HD-DVD players.

For the price I would buy this again no problem.

Problems
