Personal Experience
My wife and I love the projector. Neither of us have seen a single rainbow, and we've watched pretty contrasty matieral. However, I noticed after an hour, my eyes get slightly fatigued. My wife said it doesn't happen to her though, so it sounds highly dependent on the person.

HD content looks amazing, and I was pleasantly surpised that SD TV looks almost just as good! I was thinking I would only be able to watch HD with this, but I was wrong.

We use the "low" setting because this thing is crazy bright. But, it's nice to have the extra lumens if I need them for weekend football parties with high levels of ambient light.

For the screen, I am using a light gray paint on the wall, with a gain adding top-coat. Colors are bright and blacks are pretty darn black. We have 9 foot ceilings, so ceiling mounting was no problem.

I purchased mine brand new on that online auction website we all know and love for 800 bucks...shipped!

Problems
During scenes where objects move quickly on the screen, their movement can look kinda blurred/choppy.
