| After waiting a long time to get all the features I wanted in a reasonably priced HD projector, I am blown away with the image quality of the Panasonic PT-AE2000U. I had a home theater professionally installed 10 years ago and needed to upgrade to HD. Set up was easy with a wide range of adjustments so mounting location didn't require laser accuracy to get it right (like my original set-up). There is absolutely no screen door effect with an 84" diagonal image even when viewed close up. Contrast is great even in dark scenes thanks to the dynamic iris technology used. HDMI input makes for a great image. Anything less like component or S-video input won't give you the best result. Also, don't expect to get the best image with an out of date AV receiver. |
