Well, it's September/08, have had my H31 for just over three years and 1500 hours of usage on the original bulb. This machine is as funtional as the day I bought it and still amazes people when they come over for a movie, and that's on an old 70 inch white wall blind. I know, I'm going to buy a real screen one of these days but it looked so great with the blind I never bothered. Bottom line, it's the best 'tv' purchase I've ever made. Only complaints would be decibal level and amount of heat from the lamp. Brent
