Personal Experience
I bought the Powerlite 7200 on eBay and $130 dollars later I had the best thing I have ever bought on my front porch. I love this thing! It can do HD! Granted it might be a modified HD, the picture is awesome! All you have to do is buy a VDZ3 and you can project anything from 480p to 1080i. Yes, 1080i and it looks damn good. The options and settings in this machine are more advanced than today's standard lcd monitor. Although there are no component inputs on this device, there are BNC inputs. You can buy BNC to RCA adapters but this will not allow you to project HD. If you want HD, you need to get a converter like the VDZ3. It will take a component HD input and output through the a VGA signal. The 5 BNC inputs are essentially the same exact thing as a VGA input. VGA consists of 5 signals, R,G,B and 2 horizontal/vertical syncs. HD component cables somehow combine the 5 into 3. That is why you need a VDZ3 type device. It's native resolution is 1024x768 which is better than today's somewhat expensive projectors. Who doesn't want to watch Monday Night Football in HD on a ten foot screen? Thats a huge scary John Madden, trust me. Seriously I want to buy a dozen of these things and have one in every room. I even set this up in my sun-porch and played Wii Sports in the snow on my 2 car garage door. I Cannot complain about this projector, even if it breaks tomorrow it is the best thing that i have ever owned. I even spilled a glass of water directly on it and it didn't break. Seriously, go hunt one down, it is worth a lot more than 130 bucks. The bottom line is, this projector was made in 1998 and deserves an enormous amount of respect for what it can do. It's like Brett Favre compared to Tony Romo. No doubt, got to go with the living legend. This projector is a living legend and it can still through a bomb of a picture.

Problems
It can't A-sexually reproduce, hmmm, NONE!

If you don't understand how this projector works, I might be able to help you. Shoot me an e-mail and I will be happy to try to help you out.
