Personal Experience
This projector has an awesome image after it is calibrated. My 6th digital projector and far and away the best to date. Ultra sharp crisp picture, great colors, great depth. Blacks could be a tad better, but very nice shadow detail. I'm projecting onto a 92" Da-Lite high contrast screen from about 14' away and the projector does very well!! I watched "Tears of the Sun" the night I calibrated it and it was great. I chose this flick because of the scenery, the war type setting. Thought it would be a good test for the projectors color, shadow detail, blacks and all. It was!!

Regular cable channels do look a tad soft and there is that digital noise problem with my unit at times on certain content, is the source or the projector???. But, it isn't bad and for $1400.00 I'm not bitchn' a bit!!!! I love this projector, I replaced a Panasonic PT-AE1000U so......
