| Epson has just released the higher contrast TW-100 at a lower cost. I purchased my unit only 6 Months ago and they will not upgrade my unit. This attitude reflects their poor customer relations. It is clearly evident they do not value my business. My advice to those looking for a Home Theatre projector is "stay away from the Epson brand" as they don't believe they owe you value for your money!! Not to mention two units that were sent to me not functioning properly and a burned out bulb within the first 150 hours of service of my present unit!!! |

| Pixels that stay on at all times, burned out bulb, Tech line not familiar with all features of unit and customer relations people that call you a liar and hang up on you!! Its a sad situation as one pays a good sum of money for their products! |
