| I bought this projector based on projector central's recomendation after almost springing for a more expensive projector. The picture quality is stunning. I gambled on a $25 screen after being told that you could not get a decent picture without spending $1500 for a screen. I figured I could use the $25 screen material for a drop-cloth if it did not work well for my 96" home theater application. I do not see how the picture could be any better and invited the "expert" over for an opinion. He could not belive the screen was so cheap and also concurred that the picture was basically flawless. I originally had it connected via Svideo and now have it connected component, but I could not tell the difference. Spending any more than the cost of this projector is absurd. My only question now is could I have achieved the same picture quality with the Mitsu XD300U for $1000 less? |
