| This is a great projector. The movie colors and clarity are remarkable. My DVD player is a low-end RCA with component out which I connect to the projector using a Component to VGA cable. I project an 11' - 11'6" widescreen image and the picture quality and color are not degraded. For this size of a picture, it's best to sit at least 10' - 13' feet back. The quality of this unit is so good that I've actually avoided going to some of this summer's big hits, because I want to watch them at home for the first time (If you knew me, you'd realize this is a big deal!). I bought this projector for the price more than what I expected to get in quality, but I've been pleasantly surprised with how it compares to more expensive units. Before I bought it, I went to UE to look at their projectors, all of which were in the $4,500 - $10,000 price range. The EzPro 732's image quality is as good or better than the projectors at UE. Maybe I'm missing something, but if my eyes can't percieve a subtle difference in image, it's not worth paying the price for the technology that produces the subtle difference. Buy this projector. Don't go for another Optoma model (e.g. 737) thinking that if the 732 is great than the 737 must be even better. I've heard a lot of negatives on the 737, so I'm only recommending the EzPro 732. This projector is great! |
