| Great projector for the money. I picked mine up for $999 and got a $50 rebate on top of that. The projector itself is quite good. Image quality is pretty darn good, rainbow effect is noticeable only on very bright portions of the image and therefore not too distracting. Composite video input is not as horrible as some have stated, not the best but watchable for television. The MD1 computer input is the way to go for best image quality. I've used the MD1 to VGA cable for use with a PC and MD1 to DVI for use with a Samsung HD841 upconversion dvd player. Is this the best projector out there? No. But for the price it is well work it. You'll likey not see a marked improvement without spending nearly twice the money. |
