| Personal Experience |
| I am in charge of the computers at our school. We own three UP800 for 2-3 years now, among 10 videoprojectors. We only had technical problems with the UP800 so far. The oldest one has less than 400 of lamp usage. The luminosity is poor compared to new products. I will definitely only buy new projectors with at least a 3 years warranty in the future. |

| All three projectors have shown reliability problems (status blinking) and two have been out for repair. We were told to change the lamp after less than 250 hours already. The remote control doesn't work well if the projector is afixed to the ceiling (the angle of the IR sensor seems to be inadequate). The UP800 is quite noisy. Servicing a projector needs several weeks long delays. |
