| Have 6200 for a year in Israel. Soap opera is nothing in comparison to this! Original 6200 started impossible flickering after 200 hours. After three times in laboratory and endless explanations what is wrong was sent to USA for replacement. It appears to be the flickering is only in ceiling mounting! Thats why the technician do not see the problem in the lab! I have no other alternative place for it, what can I do? After more then two months waiting (without any replacement) get the refarbished one that worked nice for 500 hours till now - and.... started flickering problem again - at least it comes and goes , but more frequent each time. Dead remote control was replaced too. I am exhausted, can mount the projector on the ceiling with the eyes closed with one hand after doing it for 10 times, have no warranty for further replacements. Picture quality good in Component only. Sutisfied after buying rare SCART to Component adapter (150$). Anybody with the experiance of how to repair the flickering problem is obliged. I read somewhere that some thermal sensor cleaning helps. Sounds reasonable - no filters to stop the dust! Will do it when the picture unbearable. zeligd@hotmail.com |
