| I have had to replace the lamp twice in the last 12 months. The first is under warantee at 300hrs. Now it is 300hrs again and brightness is 60% less. I spoke with BenQ technical support and I was told that I should expect the brightness to decrease throughout the life of the lamp. I disagree with them because when it was under warantee, they replace the lamp no question asked, but now with the same problem they would not. Stay away from any of BenQ projector because the tech support said this is characteristic of all their projector. I will stay away through BenQ, it not worth the money. |
