Personal Experience
I have used this projector from September 2001 til present Sept 13, 2005. I am an instructor and use it about 40 hours per month.
 
Problems
Light bulb needed to be replaced in July 04. No one would show you how to replace the bulb and technician wanted to charge $300.00. Bulb cost $600.00 in 2001 now costs $425.00.
