Personal Experience
I just got this and it seems to have a high pitch ringing while using it, very annoying. Super bright though. White scrolling or stationary Text has color changing pixel effect. Image quality is using s-video input. I had a sharp xge1200u, This is way better than the sharp, screen door effect is minimal and the brightness is unbelieveable!

Problems
Aside from the high pitch ringing sound, nothing yet. You can't leave it plugged in cause it sounds like some one keeps charging a flash on a camera. That cant be good on it. The manual says not to leave it plugged in for extended life of operation.
