| I took a chance on this Acer for use as a home video projector, BIG mistake! After using SL1U & SL2U Mitsubishi's for three years (which were good), I wanted something brighter, quieter, and with better contrast. The Acer was very quiet and bright with good contrast. The problem was video generation (specially with motion). Static images were usually decent, but motion was horrid! It looked like CG gone VERY bad! People were nearly unidentifiable as the pixels were just mutilated. We watched DVD's and Satellite for two nights, and we had had enough. Put back the SL2U and sent the Acer packing... |
