| Personal Experience |
| This projector looked like a reasonable value when I bought it. However, the bulb failed within 4 months of the purchase. Even worse, I have beent rying to find a replacement bulb for a month, and none appear to be available. Based on other postings I've seen, a high early failure rate seems to be characteristic of this projector. Until the manufacturer addresses this problem with some sort of recall program, I would not purchase this projector or any other one from BenQ. |

| Bulb failed after 200-300 hours of use, and I have been unable to find any supplier that has an available replacement. |
