| This projector has provin to be one of our best workhorse projectors for the last 6 years! we Purchased one in '99 and were so impressed we bought a 2nd! We now have 3 units and it still is one of the best beating out most of the newer higher lumen projectors that have come out resently. The Power and flexiblity of these "light canons" from Mitsubishi work flawlessly night after night. Lamps are availible relitively cheap and after 6 years most are still on there 2nd lamp! They are stackable for up to 6000 lumens and the contrast ratio when stacked is simply amazing! No washed out images just bright as the sun! We resently purchased an infocus 4500 lumen projector that looks great and is bright as the 2 mits stacked. Excellent menu system easy to use. |

| No lens shift. Lens not interchangable - later added to the x490 & x500 models. Video is excellent - only issues have been if power is "dirty" video upscaling suffers. Alway use this unit and the source equipment with quality voltage regulators and power conditioner and you will never be disappointed! |
