Personal Experience
Except for lamp failures, we were very pleased with the projector.

Problems
We have experienced two lamp failures, each with under 50 operating hours. We suspect a problem in the electronics of the projector is causing the lamps to fail, but Optoma's repair station in Germany just wants to replace lamps. Optoma paid for the first replacement, but is refusing to pay for the second, even though we notified them of the second failure less than 90 days after the first replacement.
