| Personal Experience |
| I purchased my projector in October and it ran wonderfully until the end of April. Yep, bulb blew. I called BenQ because they knew that projectors manufactured before 2006 had some "issues". Ten minutes later, I had an RMA. Eighteen days later, my projector was back. The image has improved by leaps. It sounds like they upped the fan speed also. But all in all, all is well. I would tell anyone who needs a projector that this should be on their short list. |
