| It appears that many of the reviews are being submitted by Benq or Benq retails. Warranty hot swaps are to happen in 48 hours -- my experience has been 14-20 days. Similar with replacement bulbs. |

| My experience after repeated attempts to contact Benq direct was to have them hang up on me once they listen to my frustration with this product. I have blown 4 bulbs and 1 with a new projector and firm ware. Do not trust this organization. Do not believe the positive reviews. This is an organization make a sale and move on. Repeat customer retention is not a priority. |
