| we purchased 2 models for classroom use and the same problems have occured to both. i reccommend you DO NOT purchase this model. |

| All seemed ok at first but after approx 12 months the image became VERY dull and cannot be fixed even with a new lamp or a clean & service by supplier and of course it's out of the warranty period! Now we can just see the image with all blinds down & lights off. |
