| Personal Experience |
| The BenQ8220 has been replaced 4 times. The customer service dept worked well with us but it is still a hassle. When it works it produces a great picture. |

| Problems |
| The projector just blanks out. Between the four projectors we have only about 200 hours of use. We also had the projector lose the red colors and had to reset it a couple of time. And Yes we do have adequate ventilation. |
