Personal Experience
Excellent projector, after doing my own reviews on the top contenders in this price range, the Sanyo ended up making its way to my home theater, this projector combined with the OppO OPDV971H has to my opinion the best of every attribute on which to judge an excellent projector, the blacks are black the colors are excellent, the contrast definition is outstanding and there are plenty of adjustments to satisfy your picture preferences, of course there is always something to debate, but if you are someone that likes to make your own conclusions without making the purchase of a projector a complicated issue, I would highly recommend to check out this projector and maybe pay the extra money and buy from a dealer that lets you try out different projectors so you can make your own reviews, because lets be realistic what looks good to a proffesional expert might not look good to you, and a perfect example of that is the rainbow effects issue with DLP projectors, some people see them, some don't, that why I did not buy a DLP projector, I do see them. and on top of that this projector sells for around $1600.00 and has 3 year warranty, rebate for a 92" screen and free spare lamp, and believe me those did not influence my decision, I already have a screen on my theater and the lamp won't be an issue for now.

Problems
None after 53 hours, so my reliability rating is based on that, but who will warranty a product for 3 years if it wasn't reliable.
sorry but I have to go now there are tons of movies to watch.
