| I had an infocus 290 before this projector. So I am not well versed and have only had two projectors. I like this projector, I was holding for the Sony HS10 (until I found out I would need an adapter that didn't exist yet to plug in a pc). I got this Tosh for ~2200$ and am quite happy. At 15 feet I can make the screen almost 5 feet tall by 8 feet wide and at that distance I do not notice any screen door at all. It does 1024x768 native but "emulates" upto 1600x1200 which looks ok to me, I can not tell what this emulation is but it looks nice. The color seems decent and the case seems to be fairly rugged. It is incredibly light weight compared to other projectors I have seen around work. I use it mostly for power point presentations and a game here or there. I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone. |

| It does seem to need to be free and clear of other objects so that it can breathe. It gets quite hot and will help to heat the room it is in. This really is not any different that any other projector though. |
