| I previously owned the InFocus Screenplay 4805 and don't see how in the world the Optoma H27 got bumped down one spot for the Screenplay 4805. I returned the 4805 because the fan noise was way too loud and the dark detail was next to nothing. With the H27, the dark details were much better. And best yet, I can never hear the fan noise. Ever! And it's only 4 feet from where I sit. This has to be the quietest unit ever. No need for a hush box for this baby. And for $745 shipped with a 92" screen. Can't beat that. But I must say, I ended up not using the screen and just using a 110" of a pure white wall. Since the room is completely dark, it is much brighter than using the GreyWolf II Panoview screen when I tested it. Much better controls than the Screenplay 4805 as well. And with an IR sensor on both front and back. Very handy. The H27 has the same speed color wheel and the same TI DLP darkchip2 chip, but oddly enough the Rainbow effect was much less noticeable than the screenplay 4805. |

| None. $745 with Screen is an insane deal. I had paid $1400 for my Screenplay 4805 2 years ago and $400 for the screen. Now I use the H27 on a pure white wall in a white room with zero light and it looks much better then the 4805 and no fan noise at all. |
