Personal Experience
I have had the 739 since march of 05. I have been absolutely thrilled with it until recently. I switched from direct tv to cable. Whenever I try to use the DVI connection in conjunction with cable box I get a DVI error like Drew mentioned. I know this projector is compatable with HDCP content because I used the DVI connection with my DTV box with no problem. So it is a problem with cable boxes not the projector. I confirmed this by also calling a tech rep for Bright house who stated some of their boxes won't accept the DVI connection. I have switched out my cable box 3 times now. The first one didn't work at all and second one only for a few hours before I got the DVI error message. So now I have a third one with a HDMI connection on the back. Hopefully I can use a HDMI to DVI cable and that will solve the problem. DVI is so much crisper than component. I am also on the original lamp almost at 4000 hrs in econo mode.

Problems
When I use the component hook up some content at 1080 bright flashes that are in the content causes the projectors picture to cut out and then come back in. Anyone else experiencing this? Again this only happens when using the component connection or vga. It doesn't do this with the DVI connection. I've tried changing the projectors brightness, cont, etc and nothing helps.
