Personal Experience
January 8, 2006 was my first post on this unit and I have to say that nearly a year later, I am still impressed by this projector. Almost 1000 hours of viewing, no problems, no fade in picture nor any doubts purchasing it. After numerus HD content sporting events, DVD parties and usual computer usage, this unit still impresses the neighbors accross the street. It is a permanent fixture in my home and cannot be lived without. Family and friends are now asking when I can set one up (specifically this unit) in their home. With regular cleaning (can of compressed air) of the projector, this should last many years into the HD wave and beyond. New lamp is on my list, custom building a enclosure for it now. Hooked up simply to vga on computer video card, dvi is perfect (length of cable limits though), s-video great too. Very happy, would suggest this every time asked.

Problems
Be careful how you hook this unit up. Can be finiky to poor cables and connectors. Once you find a solid solution, its golden.
